Average hikes and too much pressure. Work culture is sad . They would want you to work like a slave . Even if you like and do your work the will make you hate it at point .

I was associated with TalentPro for few years and my PF was handled by them in Chennai. They provided my Date of Birth wrong in the PF department. After moving to another company and transferring my PF I came to know that my date of birth is mismatching from the previous data. Now I am unable to link my UAN nor create new UAN. Inspite of calling and sending mails to Talentpro for over a year there was no response or any action that was taken from their end. It is really pathetic of them for providing such poor service and also turning deaf year to employee's plight. Now I am in a total fix wherein I am not able to do anything with my PF. Want to impose a strict disciplinary against TalentPro for making their employees suffer like this and also to avoid any other employee facing the same issue. If they cant handle, then they should shut down their business.
