You’ll work like a machine, solve their mess, babysit clients, juggle 100 tasks — and still get paid like they’re doing charity.
Company makes profit, you remain stuck at peanuts.
Management = Ego + Zero Skill.
Raise a concern? Ask for a hike?
You get public insult in official groups, indirect taunts, and personal attacks that have NOTHING to do with work.
They can't handle the truth, so they attack you instead.
Recognition? Don’t dream.
Even if you run the whole operations alone, they’ll tell you:
“It’s nothing. Anybody can do it.”
Meanwhile, they can't handle one task without messing it up.
