      If I had to choose one it would be that they try really hard to create a "cool company culture"

      Cons

      No training program Little to no help at all from your manager Quantity over quality Hostile environment Unrealistic expectations You are not set up for success from the very first day you start HIGH TURNOVER for a reason

      Pros

      It does not take long for a seasoned pro to figure out just how dishonest, duplicitous and greedy the leadership of this company is. The pro is that if you know the "real deal" sooner than later you can save yourself and your life a lot of hassle and borderline harassment.

      Cons

      They post fake reviews on Glass Door to falsely bolster their true ratings. The leadership in fact ark’s the current active staff (held hostage by a low wage paycheck) to write positive reviews to counter the reality in truth former employee's share which is "Simply" this - THEY ARE A SWEAT SHOP. They have lots of bells and whistles and shiny things, including false pretenses, passive/aggressive leadership and total lack of authenticity. They are lipstick on a pig of a staffing firm and what’s worse is they think nobody can see them for who they really are.

      TURNOVER! Poor Leadership! Avoid at all costs! (Look at all reviews not written by management!)

      Pros

      They are really good at having their employees realize that it is not a great place to work at.

      Cons

      They have had a TON of turnover. They have gone from a decent size company to an extremely small company in San Diego which should tell you a lot about how they treat & retain their employees. They try and tell you in the interview about what a cool company they are, and then when you begin working for them, you can tell it is the complete opposite. From my opinion its a completely money and selfish driven company from the top down and should be avoided at all costs.
