Best Company To Work With - Enjoying My Working

I have joined this company in 2018 as an “Academic Counselor”. Just completed four years. In these 4 years, I learnt lot of things. My manager is very supportive and always available to help me. All other seniors are very friendly. I have got very good colleagues and we always work as team. What I liked most here is “Time Flexibility”. Before pandemic, we used to go for outing after every 3 months. It has been really a great working here.

Cons

We have not gone for any outing in last 2 years because of pandemic. Missing those prepandemic outing.

Pros

Learnt a lot about different exams, courses and institutions. I worked with sales and their process was very good. Leads pipeline, nurturing, and conversion was handled by me and it helped me to understand the complete sales process. Manager was really good and helped us understand the process as we were new to this domain. Work from home was provided after covid situation and it was permanent afterwards.

Cons

Learning was required as many things were new to me.

I joined here as a Fresher. Everyone in the team is always there to help. I learnt a lot here. They have streamlined process. Very good, friendly & peaceful atmosphere to work.
