Pros

It's a great opportunity to gain broad recruitment experience and build your skills in account management through direct interaction with both candidates and clients.

Cons

There is a lot of pressure with limited support or clear solutions. When you go above and beyond, it often leads to unrealistic expectations that you’ll always deliver at that level. Good Comm structure.

Pros

CEO is the only understanding person in the company.

Cons

Employees who under-perform are secretly gotten rid of without a fair shot to prove themselves. Wort culture I have encountered in my 7 years of work. Employees do not have the right to speak up about concerns. You are constantly made to feel small and undermined by the Head of Operations. It is a high-pressure environment where you are constantly over-worked with minimal support. Your knowledge and contributions are always overlooked and undermined. You are always treated like a child.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience working at titc.io. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to using it as an opportunity to learn and improve. Firstly, I want to acknowledge the concerns you've raised about the work culture, management, and the high-pressure environment. I'm genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. Your feedback provides us with the valuable perspective we need to improve. As you may know, titc.io has been undergoing significant growth, adding new services and moving up the value chain. With this growth comes the necessity for more stringent processes and procedures to ensure we maintain the quality of our services and meet our clients' expectations. This has, understandably, added a layer of complexity and pressure to our work environment. Regarding the issue of overheads and staff performance, the changing market dynamics have indeed increased the pressure to cover overheads. As a result, we've had to make some difficult decisions. Employees who were not meeting performance expectations were given opportunities to improve, and some chose to resign or were let go. The intention was never to make anyone feel small or undermined, and I apologize if that has been your experience. Your advice to management is well-taken. We are actively working on training programs to help our managers better deal with staff, especially during high-pressure times. I appreciate your advice on keeping managers in check, irrespective of personal relationships. This is an area we will certainly look into, as it's crucial for maintaining a fair and respectful work environment for all. Once again, thank you for your feedback. It gives us the chance to better understand the areas where we need to improve. If you're open to it, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your experience in more detail, so we can take more targeted actions to address the issues you've raised.
