TC leadership always give respect to each indivisual ideas and involve employee in mostly strategic leadership meetings. I feel proud that i got the opportunity to work for TalentsCrew.com.

I m in my early career stage so i do not see any cons till now as they are giving me opprotunity to grow and paying me salary on time.
