There might as well be a revolving door in the lobby because it would be much more helpful with the constant turnover when people have had enough. The unprofessionalism runs rampant, be it from senior management cursing out venders to their face or the way employees talk about each other behind others' backs or to management. It is basically a high school mentality company that can't get out of their own way and become profitable.
Be prepared to work 7am-7pm mandatory shifts without the ability to take or make a phone call (my kids loved that). Be prepared to have the CEO park in the handicap space because it's closer to the door when he routinely shows up late. Be prepared for last minute meetings since department and intra-company meetings are rarely scheduled using Outlook. This is a tech company afraid to use technology. Wait for their paper-based filing system which is a real help when speed and accessibility are paramount.
