Pros
Interesting area to operate in. Hybrid and flexible working were allowed for a while, but this is becoming much more restrictive.
Cons
This is not the same company it was a few years ago. The highly capable people who built the organisation have left or are on their way out. CEO's self-belief greatly outstrips his ability. Problems are dealt with using toxic positivity followed by surprise decisions. It's hard to know the true state of affairs when you feel like you are being sold to by the CEO and answers to questions are evasive. Anxiety-driven decision making is pervasive.

In the 7 months that I have been at Tallarium I have been pushed to learn about an industry and product that is highly technical and incredibly innovative! The team is wickedly smart and willing to share their knowledge wherever possible. Impact is the focus. All our work drives towards company wide goals and in this way we have a true North Star. This means our work is focused and each individual knows what they need to contribute to achieve success! Your ability to have an impact on the company is readily recognised and rewarded! There is a hugely open and honest culture in the team and this allows conversations to be held in a very proactive manner. I have always felt that my opinions were considered.
Cons
The product is hugely technical and the market is slow to move! This has its own hidden pro's but it is worth noting that our ability to break through barriers in the market is one of the chief focuses!
