Pros
"Skeleton crew days" No dress code
Cons
At Tallen management put so much on 1 person it's almost as if they set you up for failure. You will find yourself never taking a lunch break and leaving late every day. You can dedicate an extra 2-3 hours a day and your hard work will still go unnoticed. That is, unless you contribute to the annoying "all hands on deck" emails every single day. The stress, overtime and bad management is not worth the low salary. There is no HR dept and you will most likely find yourself in management office at least during your time there due to "he say/she say". Tattle tailing is praised and encouraged here. The turn over rate is extremely high. Tallen has no training procedures. You are told to shadow 1 or 2 ppl and then it is basically a "sink or swim" situation. There is dress code so some employees roll out of bed and come to work in pajamas. Everyone uses profanity (loudly) as if they are getting paid to speak that way, including the owners. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever worked in! If you are 2 months behind on your mortgage/rent, car is about to be repossessed, and you have absolutely no money or dignity-apply here. They will hire anyone. Get in until you catch up on your bills and then leave......run out of there! Better yet, just go get a loan-avoid Tallen at all costs. The stress and low salary is not worth it.
