you get to come in at the ground level with the potential to start to build a company which can be a great pay out in the long run. They are still figuring out their process and how they do things so you have a chance to really implement and change things at a operational level. Woman/Minority owned which I think is great.

they are new and figuring out their SOP's, high turn over, low pay, un realistic expectations,
