      Pros

      The ability to experience and contribute to a wide variety of environmental projects. The company is deeply rooted in client service and response work. Doing a lot of emergency response work in my 4 year tenure, I was able to experience and learn things that most consultants won't see in their entire career. Family owned, and they are truly invested in their employees and families. This is a company that rewards hard work & dedication.

      Cons

      They do the best they can with benefits, but don't have the bargaining power of a 5000 employee firm.

      Pros

      Talon/LPE is a friendly, safe and innovative Environmental Services and General Contracting Firm. They recently opened a office in Fort Collins, Colorado and are growing into new markets. The company invests heavily into new equipment and vehicles. They believe in Safety and have a great safety program.

      Cons

      As with any growing firm there are changes to meet the demand of the clients. These changes are sometimes difficult to implement but usually turn out for the better.

      Pros

      The professional and financial strength of the company are very impressive. Company has a great safety program which cares deeply about employees, sub contractors and clients. HR department is very helpful and training is improving. Management team is focused on growth and very conservative.

      Cons

      Need more staff to facilitate increasing workload.
