Pros
Very creative group; challenging consulting company; lot of opportunities to travel a learn in detail about different organizations; bold ideas were highly appreciated
Cons
Sometimes management were inaccessible because of extensive traveling; company was so small that missed some HR systems to make employees life easier; many tasks were introduced with minimal information what made the job extremely challenging

Great Clients to work with and also a great team at one stage. Hopefully can get there again. The break could be very positive
Cons
Politics amongst directors and tax minimization will lead to trouble. morale was very low before the recent issues opened up. Salaries very low for the input required
