Pros

Salary is given on time but then again it comes on the 1st of next month and sometimes 2nd too.

Cons

They hired in bunch in the last 1 year because they needed engineering bandwidth and now that they are done they are just firing everyone in the team. Both the CEO and CTO are narcissists without any knowhow of how to work with managers. They want to micromanage everything!! There are few old timers who will say yes to everyone and blow the founders ego and that's how they are surviving. They offered ESOP's to everyone when they hired them and obviously lied through their teeth. They are firing people because they are going on holidays. They have recently fired someone who just applied for a week long holiday. It's so bad that it's hilarious.

We pay our salaries on 1st of every month without fail. Also to clarify, we have only let go of contractors or temporary employees (FTCs) and not full-time employees (FTEs). The use of FTCs allows us to bring in specialized expertise for specific projects or initiatives on a temporary basis, rather than committing to a full-time hire. It is important to note that we are actively hiring and have onboarded many new engineers in the last few months. However, it is not uncommon for any company to occasionally let go of employees for performance reasons, including contractors. It is important to ensure that we have a high-performing team in order to continue delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.

Pros

1. Too much work pressure, they expect to complete the project in just a few days 2. Very less developers. Each developer needs to work on multiple services. 3. No respect!!!! You just keep doing your work, day and night, that's it. 4. No proper planning while working on the project. In the end, they change the architecture and put pressure on dev/QA to finish in days. 5. Any time they can fire you without any reason. 6. No work-life balance. 7. You will get blamed/scold for other person mistakes. 8. Don't get appreciations for your hard work

Cons

1. Good salary 2. Food and snacks

Pros

No pros now, had some good leadership that was either let go or sidelined.

Cons

1. CEO doesn't understand the product. 2. Development teams look for excuses for their failures to even maintain and deliver a simple feature. 3. Sales and marketing are just selling lies. 4. A lot of firing happened because of the leadership failures and the CEO blamed the employees for his decisions. 5. Some of the top leadership left recently given the toxicity in the company. 5. NEVER TAKE VARIABLE - You will get a random number that has no meaning or justification, a lot of people thought they got an amazon refund amount and not their variable. The product is really bad and basically unusable. Just ask for a demo and you will realize how bad things are.
