      Bad management and the worst HR

      Pros

      Challenging work environment that is all.

      Cons

      They hire people without having enough money to pay them. I left them for over 3 month now and they still owe me some money. Over engineering everything, which cost them a lot of un-neccesary money and efforts. Lie , Lie , Lie , Lie. Don't trust these people as they say promises they can't do

      Pros

      Good location. Good salaries (unfortunately contributed to the demise of the company - especially that the recruitment was questionable) Promising product

      Cons

      Huge and unexplained burn rate. Management unable to explain. Key departments badly run (Human Resources, Marketing) The opposite of a lean startup Bonuses were not paid (although deserved and acknowledged) And of course UNPAID SALARIES

      Challenging and dynamic environment, willingness to build the company together which fosters autonomy and freedom for proposal. All the members of the team are driven by passion and creativity, making Tamaggo a nice and enriching place to work in.

      Nothing to complain about so far.
