Pros

Alshaya Blue Card and recently introduced "Work From Home" policy - Finally!

Cons

A distinct future vision for the business does not appear to exist for the CEO. Employees find it difficult to understand our direction because there is a glaring lack of a long-term strategy. Insecurity and annoyance among the workforce are results of this lack of direction Unfortunately, our CEO lacks the interpersonal abilities that are essential for any leader. They frequently behave poorly when interacting with employees. They don't pay attention to our worries and appear unconcerned with our well-being and professional development. An essential component of leadership should be treating subordinates with decency and respect. Sadly, the way this CEO handles his staff frequently comes out as arrogant and condescending. It produces a poisonous workplace where workers are reluctant to express their ideas or offer criticism. It's annoying to hear the CEO speak about their past accomplishments all the time, especially when they involve departing firms. Their actions don't inspire trust in their capability to successfully run our organization. Instead, it causes uncertainty over how committed they are to our company's long-term development.

Pros

- Really nice co-workers with a great spirit, always fighting and pushing to help each other, creating a nice environment, even though its constantly being destroyed by upper management (see cons). The company has a massive potential should the right people pick it up!

Cons

- CEO is a full fledged micromanager and nepotistic: constantly hiring friends with little or no experience to upper management - CEO surrounds himself with managers which are too afraid to speak their mind, constantly confirming his every decision without constructive feedback, a disgrace which results in poor performance. Like running headless chicken. - No responsibility: upper management takes no responsibility for their actions, an absolute mess of constantly pointing fingers and not learning from mistakes, including the CEO which seems to think he is always right and never admits his mistakes. - Horrible leadership skills: poor communication, dictatorship, humilliating people, constantly focused on his past endeavors which quite frankly, nobody cares, focus on the future instead, all very ego-based and self-centered - No transparency: CEO constantly makes decisions based on nothing, does not communicate them to the company, including constantly firing people who oppose him. My advice is to replace this leadership and find actual experienced professionals with a spine. Until then, it is a waste of time. Unfortunately, as the project has immense potential to change the Middle Eastern lanscape.

Pros

Colleague & Employee discount. Good insurance

Cons

Micromanaging Narccissitic CEO is professional in loosing money, over hiring and taking no responsibility in laying off people. The absence of a clear plan or structure leads to wasted efforts, canceled projects, and a lack of gratitude. CEO, decisions are made without thinking about what anyone else thinks. It's usually just 'his way or no way.' This means we end up spending time on projects that NEVER really go anywhere or never really worked due to his lack of business knowledge. The CEO seems to get really stressed out easily and can't handle having more than two people in his table. and communication is all messed up. Firing spreee Favortisim rather than rewarding loyal, hardworking employees with promotions and salary increase he fires people. There will always be meeting about small thing and nothing happen to business. CEO will call out employees work and other stupid thing publicily because nothing better to do. Hire-and-fire attitude may seem good for business but does not lead to loyal employees. Have you noticed common denaminator for all the problem? its the CEO.
