      Great people at Tamlyn, the employees are great and under utilized and under appreciated.

      Cons

      See Pros. The President and the CEO do not listen to employees, they don't look for outside feedback, and the praise to any employee is contrived.

      Pros

      Lots of free food and coffee.

      Cons

      Sexism, racism, disorganized, poor management, no room to grow within company, HR is no help, probation period for all benefits, does not value time off work, President's religion and ways of thinking are forced onto employees, no diversity in ways of thinking or ideas.

      Lots of food including cake and breakfast tacos!

      Cons

      No training! Vacation and PTO is frowned upon to use. Bad work life balance. President of company takes advantage of employees and changes their duties frequently.
