Pros

Amazing bosses and customers, if we got health insurance or any type of pay raise/incentives I would stay. You aren’t micromanaged, you can dress as you like, etc.

Cons

It’s just a job for college students, and in-between jobs not a place you can really stay at. Very high turnover
