Pros

There aren't too many pros to share other than salary if you negotiate a good one from the start of employment.

Cons

There really isn't anything positive to say. The work environment is hostile, management is horrendous, no career development and increases are less than a cost of living increase each year. Management tends to foster a cut throat, back stabbing environment.

Pros

Due to turnover job security is almost guaranteed

Cons

Little opportunity for career advancement, non-functional HR department, low raises that fall well under cost of living adjustment standards, stressful work environment. Management do not offer departmental training, do not perpetuate cross training. Benefits are exorbitantly expensive given requirements for online surveys that must be completed in order to receive benefit. Benefit assistance non-existent within HR department.

Pros

The money is good, that's all I can really say is a pro for tandem. And turnover, if you're hoping for an opening one will surely open if you wait.

Cons

Management and hr thrive on drama, with very few exceptions. Management encourages backbiting, and will throw employees under the bus to better their own situations. There is NO training program, despite what higher ups claim in interviews. You're basically thrown in to sink or swim, and if you're sinking, they throw weights instead of floats.
