President and ops manager talk in country western slang terms. In a safe neighborhood, thats about it. They will buy you lunch instead of you taking a break when loads are hard to cover because carriers are tired of working with Tandem

Cons

Horrible place to work; backstabbing galore even at the management level. President thinks everyone is against him, and therefore cannot grow the company. Ops manager is extremely childish, and has no leadership skills whatsoever...Sales team is a revolving door with good people walking out the door. Good employees come and go because of so many internal issues. On-Call like every 3 weeks until 10 PM including weekends is very stressful. No independence to do your work at all, or even when you can take your lunch break. Very disorganized and drama ridden workplace

We are very sorry to hear your experience was not up to Tandem standards. I am wondering how long ago this was. Our Ops Mgr is from England and does not speak in country like slang. We have made many improvements to the Culture here at Tandem and revised management. We wish you all the best in your endeavors.

Flexible time, good technology, developed systems.

Cons

Limited growth, small team, management will promise you with quick salary raises but then they'll never honor their promise. There's no room for advancement in this company and you'll never get an opportunity to get promoted despite working extra hard.
