Pros
Fantastic, best in class products, the best people, best design, a great environmental story.
Cons
Disengaged leadership. I honestly do not know what sales leadership does. No direction, no help, no coaching...creates a very caustic environment. At least in sales, the "inmates" run the asylum, determining how credit for sales are distributed while management watches and expects associates to "work it out". Very difficult for new associates to get a toe hold to get started. Sales associates can and do steal from each other on nearly a daily basis.
