      Pros

      Some good people there that actually care but it doesn't matter because bad leadership with tank that company.

      Cons

      CEO has no idea what he is doing. Runs the company with emotions and promotes people with no expertise or experience to manage the business. Doesn't care about the members or employees only cares about revenue. Worst run company I have ever seen. Run away as fast as you can.

      The place is a disaster - leadership, business ethics, work culture, talent retention, treatment of employees by the ceo. Extremely poorly run. Terrible morale. Failure of leadership and strategy. Overpromises to clients and employees. Smoke and mirrors. Recruits, clients, investors beware. Other reviews got it right: unrealistic expectations, terrible management, abusive environment, shady practices.

      Unlimited PTO plan, Company's mission to help those in the local community.

      Cons

      Poor management and lack of responsibility, no knowledge. lots of layoffs without reason during a short period without notice, over-promising to participants, and revenue-driven business instead of caring community and aligning with the mission.
