      Pros

      Tango is a subsidiary of Pacific Hydro and all employees receive the corporate benefits of the larger company. Tango is headquartered in Melbourne but has a nice office in Geelong, which is probably more convenient for staff traveling from the western suburbs.

      Cons

      Even though it's a small company its ultimate parent company is a Chinese state-owned company which limits how entrepreneurial the company can be.
