Cons
As in any high technology job, the hours can be demanding. It's up to employees to find that work/life balance, but it's supported by leadership.

Pros
Driven, ambitious, very smart team with lots of technical experience, conveniently located, nice people.
Cons
Expectations are unrealistic. Upper management is very unorganized and unrealistic regarding how long projects actually take. Overtime is expected. Empty promises of bonuses and incentives; little to no employee incentives. Executive staff exceeds "worker bees" in numbers by a great deal - VERY top heavy. No administrative support whatsoever -- management leaves it up to employees to figure everything out.
