      Pros

      I got a job through Tanisha System with one of the big end client. There are no pros as they don’t do follow ups, they don’t reply through emails or calls, etc.

      Cons

      Every other month payments are late. You have to call them and email them so many times and you get reply back. Leaders never gets on the phone to help you with your concerns. Such a shame that big vendors work with Tanisha system. They should ban them as no one in the company cares about their employees.

      Pros

      I have been working at Tanisha Systems full-time for almost 15months. I am a current employee of Tanisha Systems and have been with them for the past 15months. Never had any issue with Immigration & Legal process and payroll & bonus. Gorav (CEO) is really focused on the growth of employees. And will get you long term projects. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, My project went on hold and I have been laid off from the client on March 20th and Tanisha Systems Inc paid me for the full month of March. Payments are made ON- Time to the employees.

      Cons

      As per my prior experience, there is no negative about the company.
