Flexible, comfortable culture - lack of pressure. Have expectations, but works with individuals skill sets. Trusts employees fully , until employee shows reason to not trust. Willingness to address negativity to sustain the positive culture.

The co-workers were great and the managers were easy to work with (as long as you did your job). Loved the 3/2 flexibility of being able to work remote.
