Pros

No pros for this firm

Cons

My time at Tanla Platforms was one of the most frustrating phases of my career. I joined with high expectations, hoping for growth, learning, and a supportive work environment. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. The work culture felt rigid and stressful, with little emphasis on employee well-being. Recognition for hard work was rare, and many employees seemed demotivated. Communication from management was often unclear, leaving teams confused about priorities and expectations. Work-life balance was difficult to maintain, and flexibility was limited. Instead of feeling valued, I often felt like just another resource.

Pros

Food and Starbucks benefits were appreciated.

Cons

My experience with Tanla Platforms was disappointing due to a lack of stability, clarity, and employee-friendly culture. Some of the major concerns I faced: • Recruited based on my skill set, but within a short period the project direction changed and I was informed that my skills no longer matched the requirement.• Similar situations happened to multiple employees, creating uncertainty and lack of job security.• Frequent layoff concerns every quarter created a stressful work environment.• Extremely strict office policies — even being 5 minutes late could result in being asked to leave and take unpaid leave.• Workplace culture felt more like a school environment rather than a professional corporate setup.• Fear-driven culture at leadership level; employees appeared highly tense whenever senior management or the CEO was around.• Poor work-life balance with high pressure and limited personal flexibility.• Lack of transparency and clarity in project planning and employee communication.• Internal politics at higher levels impacted the overall work environment.• Employees often felt they had to sacrifice personal life due to work expectations.
