Pros
I really wish I could think of some but my co-workers only bonded with how horrible working here was.
Cons
The pay was horrible. I was required to have a bachelors degree yet I was getting paid the same as the receptionist in my department. My supervisor was only around about 4 times in the seven month I suffered through. Complaints were made against coworkers yet nothing was actually done about it. They only really care about keeping the doctors happy and if you aren’t one then you don’t matter. Run as fast as you can.
