Pros

Salary almost doubled in my 8 years here. Received a 40,000 bonus after the company was sold, some co-workers got 150,000.

Cons

Nobody has gotten a promotion to advanced or senior level in almost 3 years. Company is testing ai to replace us. Management gets more strict every year.
