Tao Digital is a fantastic digital agency, but it is more than just an agency they have a real commitment to progression & development, flexible working, and understanding of family commitments.
Full of great, passionate people and most importantly - no egos there is a wealth of experience both in marketing and in direct business knowledge given that the owner has successfully ran a number of businesses. Everyone works well together and wants the best for the business at all times, there is no room for negativity and generally, there is a really good working relationship between staff members.
Owners and senior management are very approachable and down to earth, with an 'open door' policy. Everyone works well together and wants the best for the business. There is a real family sense - colleagues are friends first and colleagues second. Most people I work with are not afraid to get stuck in and are more than willing to help you.
The best thing about this business is the opportunity to progress and be taken seriously. They recognise that their employees are the future of the company and do their best to invest wherever possible. If you want training or support, Tao Digital is more than willing to help with this.
Going forwards, although a new company the future is bright and they have a fantastic portfolio of clients across a broad range of industry sectors. It is exciting to see where this company will be in a years’ time!
Cons
The ONLY con, (and it is not really a con) is that unfortunately the current office doesn’t have its own car parking and being central Bolton, it isn’t always easy to try and find suitable parking which doesn’t cost. It is a brand-new agency so unless you’re willing to really get involved and make a difference to build from the ground up then this too could be seen as a con. Aside from those everything else is brilliant.
