Constant Pivots Mean No Direction

Pros

Pay is decent and benefits are good but you pay for them in stress and overtime

Cons

Constant changes in direction = no direction. Regularly work overtime, no work-life balance because of unrealistic expectations and timelines. Management berates employees if they don’t like something overal terrible work culture.

Flexibility that worked well family. Fun with most coworkers.

Cons

Always understaffed! No loyalty from owners or management. Bad communication within company and from management. HR is the worst I have ever dealt with.

Some colleagues at Taoglas actually care and are pleasant to be around

Cons

I would avoid if possible. They change directions every day, most of the people employed have no clue what they are doing. It feels like the place can implode at any second. The worst work atmosphere I've ever been apart of.
