-Pay is higher than most companies -Moving into different management positions is possible (due to low retention of managers)

Cons

-No real HR department -No work life balance -Mediocre Management Training -No real Benefits such as 401k or Sick time off -Higher Ups use fear/threats to drive results -Higher Ups use profanity and disrespectful remarks to their management team -Higher Ups Micromanage -Higher Ups do not respect personal time off outside of work -No positive recognition/reinforcement to motivate management
