We always strive to maintain transparency in our work culture and highly value the feedback provided by our team members, past and present.
The position of ‘Head of Growth’ within our organization is indeed demanding, requiring a unique blend of skills and experience. In this case, while we saw potential during the hiring process, it became clear over time that there was a mismatch between the requirements of the role and the demonstrated performance. This doesn’t detract from his capabilities or potential, but suggests this specific role wasn’t the best fit.
We regret that this situation may have led to dissatisfaction, but we make decisions with the overall health of the organization and team in mind. Our commitment is to recruit individuals who are best suited for each role, creating an environment where they can succeed and contribute effectively.
