- There is no room for upward movement - Numerous changes forced by corporate make no sense and are a clear sign that nobody working in corporate knows how to run a store - Corporate doesn't reward or care about loyal employees - Corporate will make promises and break them - Poor handling of COVID guidelines and failed to inform employees of potential exposures - Overzealous penalties for small infractions or errors

Something different to do everyday. As a shop person, the job felt very laid back if you are skillful in the given tasks. Others depend on you for your intiial work with the plastic

Cons

No heating in the shop during the winter made for very cold enviroment at this location
