Pros
TapBlaze is a fairly new company with several casual mobile game titles under it's belt. Since it's a smaller team, communication is fast and efficient. Management is very open to new ideas and suggestions for improvement and even pitching new game ideas. They emphasize the importance of cultivating your individual skills and making personal growth during your time here. Management and the production team have learned a lot from each other and helped streamline the workflow the past several months. It has been a rewarding learning process for both sides. Everyone is chill and easy to work with which makes for a fun collaborative environment.
Cons
Since I work as an Artist and management comes from a non-artistic background, the art feedback used to be more broad and generalized in the past but now I receive more detailed direction for my work which helps a lot in efficiency.
