Pros

Most employees are very nice and competent, Unlimited PTO, good product

Cons

Mismanaged at the highest levels, spread across too many physical locations, overreliance on offshore employees, compensation is low across the board

Pros

Fun start up team, everyone is friendly. Work with all departments and become a well-rounded employee because of it. Free snacks.

Cons

Very low pay, I was about $10k below market average. Long hours working on average 45 hours a week. I would’ve worked longer if paid properly. No benefits

A company with serious culture gap

Pros

-Learning and working experience in Saas products is immense. -Good exposure to varied issues and inter-department learning & interaction is high. -Work and Life balance is respected.

Cons

-Frequent policy changes -No long term management planning, resulting in multiple layoffs in a year. -Cross department movements are ill-planned. -Certain departments are treated badly.
