      I've been with Tapi for just over 2 years now and without doubt the best company ive ever worked for. They certainly know how to look after their staff which filters through to our customers.

      Never had any problems in my time at Tapi.

      Im not even sure what’s good

      Cons

      Greedy management setting unrealistic KPIs so you don’t hit targets and consequently miss out on bonuses Long hours Boring 7pm finishes are unnecessary even once/twice a week
