Absolutely terrible managment. Horrible communication. Stress over load. Would not reccommend working for this company. Theyll work you to the bone and lay you off every year. Every year they cut back on employee benefits. They treat you like your just a number. Spend millions of dollars on moving equipment around like musical chairs while punishing production staff for their own financial mistakes. Hated myself everyday for being there and absolutely hated my job. Do more with less was their motto at the expense of over working staff, many many mistakes, late deliveries leading to lost customers. CEO would fly up to our location in private jet only to fire more staff and put their responsibilities on remaining staff who are unqualified. The most unprofessional, unorganized printing company around. Many orders are late due to customer preferences and connections to upper managment. Leading to other customers getting late or incorrect products. Constantly changing hierarchy and managment leaving everyone afraid of being fired. Ignoring quality procedures when it seems fit.

everything else, poor management, poor communication, lack of leadership by CEO. processes are a mess, antiquated order processing system, late and poor quality.
