Poor culture, diminishing staff, lack of transparency and founders did not trust anyone.

Nothing much pro here, company pretended to be great but had major issues staff was not aware.

Cons

Founders lacked integrity and looked down on other leaders and staff. Lack of transparency and trust from them to others. Several times heard them say negative things about other ethnicities, sexual orientations, and speak negative of other staff members in front of others. Management didnt value people working for them, staff were just machine to them and they could get rid of or change their roles. Other staff members had some horrible experiences that a good amount of the good ones quite and moved onto better cultures and strong leadership and visions.

Not much good going on here -- I wish I'd checked this site before joining.

Cons

Terrible founders, extremely negative environment, no leadership, deceitful management. Employees are expected to give above and beyond with little or no appreciation, decisions made by the founders a puzzling to say the least.

Nice and friendly people. Low-level administration tries to make the environment better and overall conditions more suitable for high-tech company. Company's tech stack seems to be interesting.

Cons

Terrible offices, terrible work environment, terrible administration.
