- micromanaged
- Management did not demonstrate a "team" attitude, rarely treated pt's, took off ALL holidays
-Very few opportunities for advancement
-Lack of interest in employment development
-Excessive amount of paperwork, monthly inservice logs, required to acquire CNA's signatures, writing treatment time for each pt treated everyday is unnecessary and tedious
-Preparation for "five star" survey requires documentation reviews/edits that exceed praticality and reality
-No incentive for receiving "five stars" only management receives bonus when therapists are the ones doing all the work.
-Higher management, not personable, it is as if they have no interest in the therapists. Visited facility monthly, never ate lunch with therapists, only went to lunch with DOR and ADOR, never socialized, rarely greeted us.
-Insurance rates are higher than average
-No communication from management about updates with the company, changes, growth, culture etc.
-NO paid holidays
