      Pros

      Smart people and cool technology. One of the founders comes from a wealthy family, so funding pressure is relatively low.

      Cons

      Can't ever make meaningful sales after third generations of the product. There are serious problems in the leadership team. But you can't fire them, because they are smart kids and the family house is funding this company forever.

      Legacy Engineering team is solid. Very talented folk and a cool technology. But they will go up against the 5G juggernaught, so ...

      Cons

      CEO is a recent import (not Omar Bakr, Glassdoor has not updated their data. New one is Kranti Kilaru) and is a corporate flunky reporting back on the Tarana team to his masters at Dish. He is not to be trusted at all. Stay far, far away!!
