One of the worst company experienced in my life...

There is nothing good to tell. They pressurize employees.
Cons
Its a worst company to join. Only politics goes on here. Managers have all rights and working employees are like dog.Just do your work and don't ask anything. Just for saying it is CMM Level-5 company but they don't follow all rules.. they force employees to work until it finishes even work on saturday-sundays but they would not appreciate work nor give a single compo off for work. They tell these much leaves you can take per year but when we ask for leaves... they will not give leave easily. They cancel our leaves any time and tell that work is there. They will fire us if work is not there.It is such a bad experience to work there. I Cant tell all things in words.. But as per my opinion please don't join Tarang.
