Pros

Annual leave is very generous Flexible working - home working, flexitime

Cons

Poor management Lack of support Lack of training No real induction provided (most new staff are just chucked in at the deep end) No progression opportunities. Target likes to brag about progression opportunities but most of the time these are only given to people managers like and they are hard to come by. Most support workers leave because there is no where to move up to.

Absolute diabolical place to work for

Pros

Most front line staff are brilliant people and amazing at what they do!

Cons

Senior management is an absolute sham. To say this is a "caring service" there's no care happening at all. It's become one big corporate greedy money grabbing machine, to feed to ego's of senior management. I wouldn't advise anyone to work there as you'll get chewed up and spat out.

Pros

Would be a nice job role if senior management weren’t incompetent bullies

Cons

New CEO and puppets cliquey bullies using underhand tactics and bare faced lies to make changes to fit their own agenda that make lives of staff and clients miserable Little career progression unless you want to be made into a puppet/scapegoat
