hostile environment to be honest

Tremendous pressure for low pay, no real growth, very clear and open favoritism, hands off but then overbearing management, no insurance to even run this place, Vehicles will get damaged from employees only for management to cover it up as well as telling customers they're not responsible, having their vehicles stolen and then not holding accountability under their watch only to then tell the residents to pay more money to keep their spare keys, overfilling the garage for a few extra dollars in openly violating building code regulations to satisfy a very short-term bottom line, no type of Team meetings to bring a sense of camaraderie to the team and finally ultimately just plain old terrible Petty management with a high turnover rate if you get a chance to read this heed my warning and just run.
