      Pros

      Work the days and hours that suit you. Caring and professional organisation. Excellent information sharing and CPD package. Good variety of age and type of young people to tutor including exam preparation and mentoring. Excellent workplace culture and values.

      Cons

      None if you have taught in schools. Hours may take a little time to build up.
