      Not really a con, but traveling can be exhausting sometimes but comes with the industry

      The team members are all amazing. The culture and support is unmatched. Since the company is small-mid sized, people are very understanding and genuinely care about you/ your life outside of work. Great benefits (Healthcare and PTO).

      Pros

      Performance driven culture within a great team. The focus is on making the clients better in real life and not just on powerpoint. However, this also means more interactions and discussions to find the right way in each specific environment

      Cons

      I like to interact from person to person, but some might find travel a contra.
