      Pros

      - team members - global structure - breadth and uniqueness of products - market opportunities - team members and management that are great at their job

      Cons

      - Many staff (all levels and all regions) not willing to set their egos & personal agenda aside for the betterment of the company - Runs too lean staff wise : no back up for staff who leave which leaves current staff over worked and under appreciated -not enough marketing spend especially in ecommerce - Owned by private equity group so always feel like a number and company goals are sales related - No HR department for a very long time - No market research investment to understand the market as well as they could for new product development

      A company that prefers to look inward instead of externally towards its customers

      Pros

      Good products. Most people in the organisation have the right intent and want the company to be successful. Significant latent market opportunity.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from management. Everyday behavior doesn't align with company values statement, "open, honest and clear communication" means nothing unless you actually do it everyday. Lack of discipline in sales management processes.
