1. Inhuman Behavior by HR and CEO (especially). We understand that he gives chance to freshers but at the same time he lives in a make-believe world that he owns everyone. CEO has exceptionally bad english skills.
2. Extremely Low Salary
Chances are that you will be asked to work for no salary or stipend if got selected through college. The stipend is as low as 7k/month which is also based on you luck. The full salary for people working is around 12k/month.
3. No Leaves allowed
You will be asked to come on sundays sometimes and might end up working 14 days or more on a trot.
4. Day-Night Shifts:
Also you might end up working day/night shift. Day shift is from 8 in the morning to god knows when(usually ends by 7:30-8 after much ado and the night shift team joins), also you will be asked work the next day from night shifts(8pm to 5am).
5. Surveillance:
Unnecessary pressure from the CEO as his second job is to monitor you through CCTV camera and then confront you upon silly things such as break time(even during night shifts).
6. Irrational behavior:
Even after you complete work you are looked down upon as if you did something terrible. The only thing you face is criticism about how great a man the CEO is that he gave you chance to work in a corporate environment.
7, Firing:
No incentive, no humanity and then firing existing and permanent employees as and when they are about to reach their share of CTC (as promised) by terminating people with little or extra knowledge about workplace ethics.
They are looking for like minded dumb people as the Mangement
P.S I am not angry with company, (THEY ARE HILARIOUSLY ILLOGICAL AT TIMES) just want others to be aware.
