Pros

Tarmin offers a new approach and working style. Having comfort of your home office and the possibilities for you to plan your time, gives the feeling of being free.

Cons

Not much to add, actually. Perhaps, the expansion of the team players, but this is actually in progress.

Pros

Tarmin operates as a geographically distributed organisation with teams spread across the entire world. This allows for a flexible working environment, with business travel and work from home commonplace. The company is also growing, which leads to opportunities for career development and, for the technical team, the chance to work on new and cutting edge solutions.

Cons

As the company increases its scale, there are increasing demands on the existing staff members.

Pros

The great team behind Tarmin and the flexible working hours the company offers. Cutting-edge technologies are being used. Colleagues are one of the best in their field. The CEO is experienced in the software industry and knows how to motivate, and lead his team.

Cons

Sometimes there is a delay in information sharing.
