Awesome place to work. Currently hybrid 3 days in office 2 days wfh. Everyone works at there own pace and is able to use there own process.
Not micromanaged over KPIs or other nonsense.
Cons
No real cons to speak of, other then could use some more recruiters due to the number of job req.
