Pros
The team is large enough so that you experience may vary, but here's what it's been like for me: - Great WLB - Friendly and helpful coworkers - lots of documentation floating around on confluence If you want a stable job with the security of being back by IKEA that offers great WLB, this is a fine place to work.
Cons
- Might be a little boring if you want to be on "the cutting edge" of web - the app has a decent amount of tech debt, and some parts can be very confusing to understand - you won't get "top tier" compensation, but that should be obvious at the onset - many people have their complaints about the senior leadership, but honestly that doesn't effect me

The people are amazing at TaskRabbit. It was my first job in the Bay Area and helped me meet some incredible people.
Cons
Management lacks vision and seeks quick n' dirty growth strategies over long-term value. Technical leadership is terrible with many undocumented services cobbled together to keep a system barely operable. Horrible developer experience.
